Hope+

HopePlus aims to create better outcomes for young people in Fairfield LGA. With an emphasis on employment, education, refugee settlement and overall wellbeing, it is a collective impact initiative striving towards systemic change and social innovation to improve the experience of growing up in Fairfield and transitioning into meaningful work and adulthood.

Having identified that the Fairfield youth sector needed to be mapped out and coordinated to overcome fragmentation and duplication, and to identify service gaps, HopePlus wanted to create a portal for youth services. As a new initiative, it also needed a visual identity and clear narrative around what it was about.

Digital Storytellers conducted a Story Clinic to crystalise the collective’s story and impact desired, created the logo and branding, and built the Online Youth Portal.
